A new premium Cook in the bag range of select Irish pork joints from Lundys Fine Foods now offers consumers even more choice and convenience.

This unique range has been developed for the retail sector and consists of ham fillet (500g), Back Bacon Joint (700g) and Gammon Joint (500g). These joints are available plain or marinated to enhance natural flavour, but the Gammon Joint is available plain, to allow you to glaze your own way.

In our own-brand products we use only the freshest, finest pork sourced from Bord Bia approved suppliers to an agreed specification.

in the oven or microwave to cook inside a convenient polyester-based bag. The joint is then steamed in its own juices for tender and succulent results.

With microwave cooking, a 500g joint is ready to serve in under 10 minutes,making these quality meat joints quick, clean and easy-to-use. The natural juices retained by the bag during cooking can also be used to make a delicious gravy or stock,
